President Kory Haggert The president is the club figure head. The president will chair all meetings and attempt to facilitate all discussion amongst club members. The president will coordinate the activities of the other executive officers. The president is also the 'voice' of the club. |
Treasurer / Membership Nick Jeffrey The membership officer is responsible for maintaining the membership list. She/he will collect membership forms, issue membership cards and patches to members. The confidentiality of the member information must be kept by the officer. The treasurer keeps the accounts of the club and is responsible for maintaining a bank account as well as a file of all expenditures and receipts associated with club business. The treasurer should have a current financial report available. |

Newsletter Editor This officer is responsible for the production of the club newsletter. This person will oversee the collection of articles, the layout and the publishing of the VCoC "Indicator." |
Regalia Officer TBD This officer is responsible for the procurement and sale of club regalia. This officer will obtain estimates and order club regalia. Members and non-Members can contact the Regalia Officer to purchase regalia. The officer will submit all funds and receipts to the treasurer. |
